It was a life long dream of my father, Nick to own a restaurant, but raising a family of 5 was always his first priority. In his honor, Mario and I, set out to fulfill my father’s dream as well as ours by opening Nick’s Bistro in October 2009.

Our restaurant is 100% Greek owned, and offers a variety of classic Greek/American dishes. Mario’s uncle, the chef, has been in the restaurant business for over 32 years. Mario’s father, also in the business for over 35 years, makes all the soups and shares many of the family recipes.
